Accessibility
Everyone who loves dogs should be able to use this site.
I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is built with:
- A skip link and full keyboard navigation, with visible focus outlines.
- Text descriptions for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Color contrast checked for text in light and dark mode.
- Reduced-motion support: if your device asks for less motion, animations stay still unless you choose “Play animations.” The moving product ribbon can also be paused.
- Clear labels on links that open Etsy in a new tab.
Known limitations
Etsy listing pages are run by Etsy and are outside my control. The short animated logo clips have no sound and are decorative.
