No. StraDesignCo is an independent Colorado studio that sells through Etsy. Etsy handles checkout, payment and its own policies.

Many of my designs can be personalized with your dog’s name. Options vary by listing, and each Etsy listing shows exactly what you can personalize. Just fill in the personalization box on the listing before you add it to your cart.

Bernedoodles lead the way, including black, brown and merle Bernedoodles, plus Goldendoodles, white Goldendoodles, Sheepadoodles, black doodles, red mini-doodles, Cavapoos and even Great Danes. Every ornament is two-sided ceramic and can be personalized with your dog’s name.

Because of high demand, I’m not taking full custom design requests right now. If you’d like a canvas color-matched to your dog, purchase the canvas first, then send me a few photos through Etsy and I’ll handle the rest.

Message me through Etsy as soon as possible. I usually start on orders the minute they come in, so changes aren’t always possible once your design has gone to production.

I start putting your order together as soon as it comes in. Most orders reach buyers within days of ordering, depending on the item and where you live. Etsy shows an estimated delivery date on each listing and at checkout.

Yes. Most orders go to the United States and Canada, and I also ship internationally, including to Europe. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown on Etsy. One tip: UPS can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so please double-check your address before ordering.

I create and approve every design. Professional production partners handle the specialized printing and manufacturing that turn my finished designs into physical products. Production-partner information is disclosed through Etsy on the applicable listings.

Yes, as one part of my toolbox. I combine traditional digital design with AI-assisted creative tools to develop concepts and compositions, then personally refine the details, color, lighting, texture and final composition before I approve anything for production. The ideas, creative direction, decisions and final approval are mine.
